Q:   How secure is buying products from the BRICKSTORM website?
A:    All of the credit card handling side of the site is handled by Paypal or Stripe which are the most commonly used payment solutions on the web. When you click the "Buy" buttons, your browser is redirected to the paypal website to complete the transaction.

Q:   Do I need a Paypal account to buy products from the BRICKSTORM website?
A:    No. All you need is your Visa or Mastercard credit card. Just click the "Don't have a Paypal account?" link on the checkout page and enter your details. Of course if you do have a paypal account, you can use it as you normally would. 

Q:   I want to buy a variety of BRICKSTORM products for resale in my shop. Can I buy at wholesale prices in different quantities?
A:    Contact us and we can organise a mixed order by adjusting the wholesale prices on a pro rata basis. As long as there are wholesale quantities ordered and you operate a genuine resale business there should be no problem. 

Q:   I have a business that currently sells BRICKSTORM products. Are you trying to undercut my pricing by selling direct online?
A:    Definitely NOT. The purpose of this website is to provide information about BRICKSTORM products and to provide an alternative way to purchase our products for customers who do not live near one of our resellers. Our aim is to make our online presence a complementary service to our resellers and work together where practical to provide a better end user purchasing experience. 

Q:   I want to buy BRICKSTORM products online for delivery to another country. Can I use my credit card?
A:    Unfortunately No. Due to credit card fraud issues, exporting products must be done on a case by case basis and a direct deposit received into our account before the product ships. You can use the prices as a guide to your costs, but you will have to organise freight from our factory door. Remember to allow for differences in the Australian Dollar compared to your local currency. Contact us by email and we can work out the issues involved.
